What you'll get

A six-week cohort program that teaches senior business leaders how to formulate, govern, and execute an AI strategy for their organization. By Week 6, every participant has produced a 90-Day AI Strategy Document, a CEO-defensible, CFO-reviewable, board-ready plan that specifies the initiatives, governance framework, ROI case, and operational rollout for AI adoption at their company. The curriculum covers:

  • Week 1: Strategic frame-breaking and personal AI use
  • Week 2: The AI tool landscape and a 6-criterion vendor evaluation framework
  • Week 3: Governance, risk, and drafting your company's AI usage policy
  • Week 4: AI economics: cost reduction, quality improvement, and capability unlock, with a CFO-defensible ROI model
  • Week 5: Strategy development working session with individual facilitator feedback
  • Week 6: Capstone presentations and peer learning

The cohort community stays active indefinitely through a dedicated alumni network.

Who this is for

CEOs and founders of $5M–$100M businesses. COOs, Presidents, and CFOs. VPs of Marketing, Sales, and Operations with budget authority. Division leaders at larger companies who operate autonomously. Deliberately not for aspiring managers or individual contributors. An application and qualification call precede acceptance.

Why take this

Most AI strategy conversations at mid-market companies stall in one of three places: the CEO defers to a CTO who's overwhelmed, the leadership team runs scattered pilots that never consolidate into a strategy, or the company hires consultants who deliver a 100-slide deck that collects dust. This program addresses that directly. Rather than teaching you about AI, it walks you through the process of building an AI strategy specific to your business, so what you leave with isn't theoretical knowledge but a document you can execute on Monday.
