This AI Usage Policy explains how Elegantix, Inc. ("Elegantix," "we," "us," or "our") may use artificial intelligence ("AI") tools in connection with the Site, our assessments, course materials, communications, and related Services. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Human oversight
Where AI assists in generating educational content, marketing copy, or operational workflows, a qualified human reviews outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with our curriculum standards before they are published or delivered to customers, except for clearly labeled experimental or beta features offered under separate terms.
3. Customer data and models
We do not use your confidential business information or personal data to train public-facing third-party foundation models unless you have given explicit written consent or a signed agreement expressly permits that use. Details on categories of data we process appear in the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party tools
We may use vetted third-party AI services (for example, hosted language models or transcription) subject to contractual safeguards, including data processing terms where applicable. A current list of sub-processors may be provided on request for enterprise customers.
5. Limitations
AI-generated summaries or recommendations are starting points, not professional legal, financial, or security advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make after using our Services.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
