What you'll get

A three-week literacy program designed to give every employee, regardless of role, seniority, or technical background, functional comfort with AI at work. The program covers:

  • Week 1: The Reality Check. Every participant personally builds something with AI in the first session. Multi-tier exercises ensure the cautious participant and the curious one both leave having succeeded.
  • Week 2: Your Daily AI. Three concrete everyday uses (thinking partner, document helper, unstucker) practiced with real work tasks.
  • Week 3: Safety, Boundaries & What's Next. The company's AI usage policy explained in human language. The unspoken fears addressed directly. What good AI use looks like, and what it doesn't.

Deliberately designed around an anti-intimidation principle: nobody leaves a session feeling stupid. Pace is slow, examples are mundane, and the facilitator's tone is warm rather than expert-flavored.

Who this is for

Every employee at a company rolling out AI at scale. Particularly valuable for organizations with mixed technical backgrounds: administrative staff, operations teams, customer-facing roles, field employees, finance and accounting personnel. The baseline literacy layer that comes before role-specific training.

Why take this

The single biggest barrier to AI adoption at mid-market companies isn't technology, cost, or strategy. It's fear. Fear of looking stupid, fear of job loss, fear of making a mistake with company data. These fears are invisible because they're rarely spoken, but they're the reason 40–60% of employees at any given company quietly don't use AI tools their company has paid for. This program is the antidote. Three hours of well-designed group facilitation changes the organizational psychology around AI more than any amount of tool rollout or policy memo.
